All our holiday lettings are decorated and appointed to a high standard. They are ideal in summer and cosy for winter breaks to explore Cornwall.

Stabling can be arranged for horses and there are delightful walks and bicycling in the park. Fishing is available on the Fowey river and can be arranged on other rivers in the area.

Local attractions include The Eden Project, the Lost Gardens of Heligan along with other equally fine gardens throughout the County. Charlestown Harbour, The Tate Gallery at St. Ives and Lands End entice the visitor and for children there is an abundance of sea, fine sand and rocky pools within 25 minutes.

The Groom's House

- is on two floors and it's renovation won a rare conservation design award. The building forms the south east corner of the Stable Yard with magnificent views over the Church and Parkland including the Lake.

There are 3 twin bedded en-suite bedrooms, three bathrooms and an additional dormitory, a hall, a modern fitted kitchen including dishwasher, microwave and a stunning high ceilinged first floor sitting room. TV. Stairway and first floor are panelled. The first floor has polished boards and scatter rugs; slate in the hall & full carpeting downstairs. The main house has oil fired central heating. Washing machine in outside utility. Electricity and oil are included in charges.

There is plenty of secure parking, and safe recreation and playing areas in the enormous grounds. Dogs allowed by arrangement.
