The Grooms House

This quaint cottage sleeps 6 people with 2 bedrooms downstairs. The building forms the south east corner
of the Stable Yard with magnificent views over the Church, picturesque parkland leading to the lake.

Cottage contains:

3 twin bedded en-suite bedrooms.
Plus additional sofa beds, if required.
Upstairs:
Fitted kitchen integral to a stunning high ceilinged first floor sitting room with views of the Church and parkland beyond.
Heating, electricity and linen are all inclusive.
There is plenty of secure parking, safe recreation and playing areas in the surrounding grounds
Use of the Head Grooms House large dining area
is available if both cottages are booked.

Head Groom's House
Located across from the Groom's House and sleeps
4 people with optional double sofa bed.

Upstairs:
1 double bedroom with shower room next door - 1 twin en-suite bedroom
Downstairs:
Separate fitted kitchen with breakfast bar.
Large sitting room with log burner and adjoining dining area for up to 10 guests.

Wedding party package available.
